Michael Erlewine is an astrologer, archivist, and pioneer of astrological computing. In 1977 he founded Matrix Software, one of the first companies to put professional-grade astrological calculation into the hands of everyday practitioners, helping to shape how modern astrologers work.

A lifelong builder of archives and reference works, he has spent decades documenting, cataloging, and sharing astrological knowledge, from technical research into heliocentric and deep-space astrology to extensive free libraries of astrological writing.
